I have taken multiple vehicles (2002 Tahoe, 2006 Hyundai, 2012 VW Jetta) to Chip over the years and found him to be honest, reasonable and timely with the repair process. My most recent interaction was a used car inspection on a 2013 Lincoln Navigator. He found front brake issues that were dealt with through a Warranty company. Chip was on the phone with the company and dealt with the entire process. I just had to pick it up and drive away with never having to speak with the Warranty company. I would likely never have found the problem myself until the part failed. I highly recommend Chip and his staff for any automotive issues or needs and have no hesitation on sending my family and friends to his shop for service or maintenance.
